Cloudy Content Box

To begin, Click on the Rectangle tool and draw one like mine:-

Now lets give it a fine look, Click on Layer // Layer Style // Blending Options:-

Apply the Inner glow and use the following options:-

Now apply the Color Overlay:-

Ok, Add the Stroke and use the Following options:-

Now again select the Rectangle tool and draw another rectangle over that one:-

Ok, now lets add a great style to it, take a picture of clouds, and place it over the content box like mine one:-

Press CTRL + SHIFT + U to Desaturate it, after that set its Blending Mode to "Multiply" and lower its opacity to "84%" :-
